Shweta Manchanda

Shweta Manchanda currently serves as the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and Global Head of Internal Audit at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this, Shweta was the Chief Internal Auditor at PwC from May 2015 to September 2021. Shweta's earlier roles include Associate Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Aviva Life Insurance from February 2008 to May 2015, Manager at Axis Risk Consulting Services Private Limited from 2005 to 2008, and Senior Consultant at KPMG Advisory from 2004 to 2005. Shweta holds degrees in Chartered Accountancy (CA), an MBA, and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from ICAI, with education completed between 1998 and 2002.
