Ashley Chen

Ashley Chen is a UX/UI Designer II at Dr. Squatch since July 2021, responsible for overseeing the E-commerce vertical, including design, engineering, and product management. Ashley is instrumental in developing a robust in-house design system and conducting extensive UX research to improve user experience. Previous roles include UX/UI Designer at RevShopp, where the visual identity of a subscription-based styling platform was created, and UX/UI Product Designer at YouROK Corp., focused on an enterprise UI portal for a mental health initiative. Additional experience includes positions at Kiva, UCI Wayfinder Incubator, and a research role at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where Ashley co-led a research group and earned recognition for presentation skills. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
