Christian Small

Christian Small has 8 years of work experience, beginning in 2014 as a Sales Associate for Sports Authority. In 2016, they were a Brand Manager for the Academic Recruitment Organization, where they created and implemented a brand for the organization, marketed it through social media, and developed program brochures and slideshows. From 2017-2018, they were a Team Lead and Coach for CHP Champions - Titus Sports Academy, where they coached over 100 sixth and seventh graders on a weekly basis, and worked to instill positive character traits through leadership and communication. In 2018, they were a Financial Consultant Academy Cohort Trainee for Charles Schwab, where they received the 2019 Key Contributor Award, and worked in a call center providing world-class service on inbound calls. In 2017, they were an Intern for Florida State University, where they were a content specialist tasked with developing athlete achievements and university-held sporting events, and professionally crafted social media graphics. In 2020, they were a Site & Digital Marketing Lead and Digital Channel Coordinator for EO Products, where they had systems knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Google Suite, Meta for Business, Slack, Asana, Privy, Searchspring, HotJar, Delighted, and Gladly. Christian is currently an Ecommerce Marketing Sr. Associate for Dr. Squatch, beginning in 2022. Christian also has 8+ years of self-taught graphic design experience, and developed an Instagram page in 2012 that grew to 25k followers in two years.

Christian Small attended Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School from 2012 to 2014. Christian then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they also attended Florida State University's College of Business from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, they participated in FSU International Programs in Valencia, Spain for Business Enrichment. In 2021, they obtained an SEO certification from HubSpot.
