Emily Mallett

Associate Director, Packaging and Hard Goods at Dr. Squatch Soap Co.

Emily Mallett has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to present. In 2014, they were the Promotion, Marketing, and Communications Lead for Cal Poly Open House 2015: This is the Mustang Nation. Emily was also the Marketing Design Intern for PolyPay that same year. In 2015, they were the Package Design Engineer for Custom Packaging Supply, Engineer for Specright, and Instructional Student Assistant (ISA) for Cal Poly Industrial Packaging Technology Department. In 2017, they were the President for USC Global Supply Chain Club and Researcher for Reshoring Institute. In 2018, they were the Structural Packaging Manager and Structural Packaging Engineer for Munchkin and Summit Program Manager for USC Marshall Center for Global Supply Chain Management. Currently, they are the Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Packaging and Hard Goods Manager for Dr. Squatch.

Emily Mallett obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Consumer Packaging Solutions and a minor in Packaging & Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2011-2015. Emily then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Southern California from 2017-2018. During this time, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the USC Marshall Center for Global Supply Chain Management in May 2018. Emily is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Packaging Value Chain from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
