Erin Vaughan has a diverse work experience that spans from 2010 to the present. In 2010, they founded Erin's Lunchbox, an in-home personal chef and healthy meal delivery service. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a server at Osteria Mozza, Chateau Marmont, and Tartine Bakery. During this same time period, they also worked as a Lab Tour Guide at Lost Spirits Distillery, LLC and as a Student Rep for the Southern California Chapter of the Institute of Food Technologists. In 2021, they filled the role of Corporate Quality Coordinator for both JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery and FIJI Water. Currently, they are employed as an Associate Project Manager, Quality Assurance and Quality Assurance Coordinator for Dr. Squatch.
