Michelle McGinty

Michelle McGinty has been working in the marketing and communications field since 2000. Michelle began their career at Team One as an Account Director, then moved to DRA Strategic Communications in 2003 as a Senior Vice President. In this role, they developed and implemented strategic marketing and communication strategies, and managed numerous accounts. In 2016, they became President of DRA Collective, a boutique agency offering dynamic and creative marketing and communications solutions to companies across the US.

Michelle McGinty completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University between 1995 and 1999. Michelle later attended Valley Leadership from 2011 to 2012, but did not receive a degree or certification.
