Marcus Strohmeier

Marcus Strohmeier is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law across various industries. Currently serving as the General Counsel for the Asia-Pacific region at DRA Global since October 2022, Marcus has previously held senior legal positions, including General Manager of Legal & Commercial at Perenti and General Counsel at Gold Corporation - The Perth Mint. Prior to these roles, Marcus worked as Senior Corporate Counsel at Jacobs, supporting engineering and commercial operations in Australia and Asia, and as Legal Counsel at Good Energies Inc in Switzerland, focusing on venture capital deals in renewable energy. Additional experience includes legal counsel roles at The Griffin Group and Clayton Utz, where responsibilities encompassed IPO documentation, M&A due diligence, and advising on corporate governance. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University and a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Western Australia.
