Rocio Benitez

Rocio Benitez has a diverse work experience in finance and auditing. Rocio is currently the VP of Finance for the Americas Region at DRA Global, a role they have held since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Finance for the Americas Region at DRA Global from November 2018 to March 2021. Rocio also worked as a Senior Financial Controller at DRA Global from September 2016 to November 2018. Before joining DRA Global, Rocio worked at De Beers Canada Inc as a Senior Financial Performance Manager from 2015 to 2016, and as a Financial Controller from 2007 to 2013. Rocio also gained experience as a Senior Finance Project Manager at The De Beers Group of Companies from 2013 to 2015. Rocio started their career in auditing at Deloitte Canada, where they worked from 2001 to 2007.

Rocio Benitez holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Banking and Commerce University. Rocio also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Liverpool. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Microsoft Teams Tips and Tricks (2018), Unconscious Bias, Working with Difficult People, Building Resilience, Managing Stress, Getting Things Done, and Managing Your Time.
