Sean Lavery

Sean Lavery is an experienced professional in project controls and planning, currently serving as Planning Manager and Project Controls Manager at DRA Global since September 2021. Prior to this role, Sean worked as a Project Controls Specialist at Worley from May 2020 to August 2021, focusing on governance, reporting, planning, costing, and change management. Sean's previous experience includes serving as Manager of Project Controls at UMS Group of Companies from March 2019 to April 2020, overseeing project controls and services, and as Lead Senior Project Planner at WorleyParsons from October 2007 to February 2019, where responsibilities included project planning, critical path management, and team guidance. Sean holds a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Johannesburg. Sean completed secondary education at Potchefstroom High School for Boys, achieving a Matric qualification.
