Fritz Dräxlmaier

Fritz Dräxlmaier has been Chairman at DRÄXLMAIER since August 2018. Prior to that, they were Head of IT at VACUUMSCHMELZE Gmbh & Co. KG from August 2017 to August 2018. From October 2004 to August 2017, Fritz was IT Senior Director at Smith & Nephew.

Fritz's focus has always been on standardization and reducing complexity. Fritz has led IT departments in multinational organizations, with a focus on outsourcing infrastructure and SAP processes & support. Fritz is an expert in IoT and Industry 4.0, and has been responsible for planning and setting up projects in these areas.

Fritz is originally from Germany, but relocated to the US in 2004 with their family. Fritz currently lives in the greater Boston area.

Fritz Dräxlmaier has a diploma in Business Informatics from BA Nordhessen.
