Rakesh K Sharma

Rakesh K Sharma has extensive work experience in the legal industry. Rakesh K is currently the Chairman of the Legal Sector at the Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) in India. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Draft n Craft Legal Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd., where they oversaw the company's business strategies and financial planning. Before their venture into the LPO industry, Rakesh was a Partner at Draft n Craft Law Firm, specializing in providing legal services to clients in various industries. Rakesh K started their career as a practicing lawyer at the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi after completing their LL.B in 1987. Rakesh also briefly owned Sabakuch.com.

Rakesh K Sharma obtained an LLB degree in Law from Delhi University, where they studied from 1984 to 1987.
