Andrés Haskel

Andrés Haskel has been a software engineer since 2016. In 2016, they were a Software Developer (Co-Founder) at Light-it Software. In 2017, they were a NodeJS Developer - Internship at Captain Up. In 2019, they were a Software Development Engineer at Softedge Technologies US. In 2020, they were a Software Development Engineer at Kavak.com and a Freelance Software Engineer. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Draftea, a technology startup backed by Kaszek, Sequoia, and Bullpen Capital, where they are building the first Daily Fantasy Sports in the Spanish-speaking world.

Andrés Haskel has a Software Engineering degree from Universidad ORT Uruguay, which they obtained between 2014 and 2020. In 2017, they completed the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Development Program at Tel Aviv University. In 2013, they completed the How to Create a Startup course at Tel Aviv University. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Creating Secure Cloud Code – AWS Foundations from Trustwave in June 2019, Fundamentals of Cryptography from Trustwave in June 2019, and a Machine Learning Workshop from Botia in October 2018.
