Joe Tamasonis

Joe Tamasonis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joe is currently working as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test at Fullsteam since July 2022. Prior to that, from February 2021 to July 2022, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at AllenComm. In this role, they tested and supported web-based software, collaborated with customers and vendors to build custom software projects, and addressed customer-reported issues.

From August 2016 to July 2020, Joe held the position of Software Test Engineer II at Dealertrack. Here, they led a team in designing and building a machine learning product that won an innovation award in 2018. Joe'sresponsibilities included testing web-based software, deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications, writing automated tests and monitors, as well as providing on-call support and incident response.

Before that, Joe worked at InsideSales.com as a Quality Engineer from August 2013 to August 2016. Joe played a key role in building and validating a machine learning product called Neuralytics. Joe tested SaaS products, wrote test plans and acceptance criteria, and contributed to the product design process within multiple Agile teams.

Additionally, Joe has experience in tutoring and research. From January 2010 to May 2013, they worked as an Econ & Math Tutor at Boise State University, where they provided tutoring services to students in lower division mathematics and undergraduate economics. Joe also supervised and trained new tutors. Furthermore, from April 2011 to January 2013, Joe worked as a Research Assistant at Boise State University. Joe'sresponsibilities included collecting data on water rights using GIS, ArcMap, and Excel, modeling groundwater recharge in MatLab, and conducting research on the effects of climate change on viticulture in Idaho.

Joe Tamasonis attended Boise State University from 2008 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Mathematics.
