Jeff Gilbertson is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in the gaming industry. Currently serving as IT Manager at Casino Queen Inc. since March 2017, Jeff previously held the same title at Isle of Capri Casino from June 2008 to March 2017. Jeff's career at Isle of Capri Casino began in 2001, where Jeff worked as a System Analyst and IT Senior Support Specialist. Jeff's initial role in the industry was as a Floor Attendant/Slot Technician, responsible for the maintenance and operation of slot machines from December 1994 to April 2001. Jeff holds a degree in Electronic Servicing from Southwest Technical College, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
