Jeff's career at Isle of Capri Casino began in 2001, where Jeff worked as a System Analyst and IT Senior Support Specialist. Jeff's initial role in the industry was as a Floor Attendant/Slot Technician, responsible for the maintenance and operation of slot machines from December 1994 to April 2001. Jeff holds a degree in Electronic Servicing from Southwest Technical College, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
