David Hanaka is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in leading marketing operations. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Operations at DraftKings Inc. since July 2021, David previously held significant roles at Tripadvisor from July 2018 to June 2021, including Associate Director of Growth Marketing and CRM, where David developed the global CRM strategy and managed extensive marketing programs across various travel sectors. Before Tripadvisor, David spent nearly a decade at SmarterTravel in various senior marketing roles, overseeing substantial marketing budgets and leading cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and engagement. David began the marketing career at BeyondROI as a Senior Account Development Manager. David holds a BA in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
