Jason Brown

Jason Brown serves as the Manager of Privacy Compliance at DraftKings Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jason held various positions in litigation, including Litigation Associate at Todd & Weld LLP from June 2021 to June 2023, and at Prince Lobel Tye LLP from December 2020 to June 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Commercial Litigation Associate at Reed Smith LLP from September 2016 to December 2020 and a Judicial Extern at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in late 2015. Jason began a legal career as a Summer Associate at Reed Smith LLP in 2015 and gained early experience as a Judicial Intern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in 2014. Jason holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law (2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan (2013).
