John Tibbetts

John Tibbetts has extensive experience in the fields of player development and customer service, currently serving as the New Business Lead - VIP at DraftKings Inc. since July 2020. Prior roles at DraftKings include Player Development Executive, VIP Host, Senior Customer Experience Associate, and Customer Experience Associate. Previously, John worked at Waters Corporation from December 2017 to January 2020 in Service Marketing, where significant contributions included the development of marketing collateral that generated $1.1 million in incremental revenue and serving as a representative at major conferences. Additionally, John has coaching experience as Head Coach for Swarm Basketball, where responsibilities included organizing practices and communicating with parents. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bridgewater State University and studied abroad at Griffith College.
