Taylor Archer

Taylor Archer currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Lead at DraftKings Inc., a role held since February 2022, and has previously held positions as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist within the company. Prior experience includes an account management role at Aston Carter from January 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included client relationship management, contract negotiation, and team leadership alongside recruitment efforts focused on accounting and finance roles. Prior to Aston Carter, Taylor worked as a News/Sports Reporter for Lakeland Public Television and completed a sports internship at WPRI 12/FOX Providence, as well as an internship in Athletics Media Relations at the University of Rhode Island. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Rhode Island and a high school diploma in Journalism from Milford High School.
