Zachary Owens

Zachary Owens is an experienced MEP Manager at Dragados USA, Inc. since October 2022, responsible for managing and coordinating all MEP activities, including preconstruction, for the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel Project. Prior to this role, Zachary served as a Project Manager at Sturgeon Electric Company, Inc. from April 2012 to January 2023, overseeing various cross-functional teams on significant projects such as Data Centers and the Central 70 Tunnel Project, with scopes exceeding $20 million and $30 million respectively. Earlier in the career, Zachary held the position of Project Manager at Noraa Concrete Construction from March 2011 to April 2013. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Design/Architecture from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned in December 2011.
