Frank Nerlich has extensive experience in technical support and service management, currently serving as the Head of Service Center and Technical Support for Dräger since January 2008. Prior to this role, Frank held positions at twenty4help Knowledge Service GmbH, including Teamleader Operations, and served as both a 2nd Level Support Engineer and First Level Support Engineer at twenty4help from December 2000 to April 2005. Frank Nerlich completed a degree at the University of Duisburg-Essen from 1989 to 1998.
