Maximilian Schendell

Maximilian Schendell currently serves as Lean Manager for Global Projects and Programs at Dräger since October 2018, focusing on the development of global Lean standards and coaching leaders in Lean methodologies. Prior roles include Industrial Engineer at Dräger, where Maximilian optimized production processes through Lean principles, and Project Leader at Airbus, responsible for planning production stations for the A320 Ramp Up. Previous experience includes positions at Mercedes-Benz Group AG and Airbus, where Maximilian contributed to the introduction of Industry 4.0 technologies and the implementation of 5S concepts. Maximilian holds a Master of Science in Production Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
