Tom Ireland

Tom Ireland currently serves as the VP and Head of Quality and Compliance at Dräger since May 2024. Prior to this role, Ireland was with Smith & Nephew from July 2014 to November 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing quality operations for Advanced Wound Management and Global Orthopedics and Robotics. Previous experience includes a Senior Vice President position at AngioDynamics, focusing on quality and regulatory affairs, and leadership roles at Navilyst Medical and Boston Scientific, managing quality assurance and supplier quality. Ireland began a career in quality systems at Bausch & Lomb. Ireland holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
