Oleksandr Ublinskykh

Oleksandr Ublinskykh has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Oleksandr is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Dragon Capital since June 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Dragon Capital from June 2018 to May 2022. Before joining Dragon Capital, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Financial company Artua from September 2017 to June 2018. From May 2010 to January 2017, Oleksandr worked at Dragon Capital as a Treasury Specialist/Deputy Director. Oleksandr also served as a member of the Exchange Committee at Ukrainian Gas Exchange for an unspecified period between 2014 and 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Fixed Income Trader at Troika Dialog Ltd, a prominent investment bank in the CIS, from July 2007 to May 2010.

Oleksandr Ublinskykh completed a miniMBA program at Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kyiv School of Economics in 2016. In 2009, they received a Master's degree in Finance from KROK University. In 2008, they earned a BA degree in Finance from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Oleksandr also holds additional certifications in Program and Portfolio Management, Agile Project Management, Agile Team Facilitation, Kanban Management, Kanban System Design, and Exchange Trading.
