Donovan Poole has extensive experience in technical operations, having worked at Dragon Con since August 1998, where responsibilities include setting up sound systems and projectors. Prior to this, Donovan held the position of sales clerk at Peek-A-Boo from March 2011 to June 2012, managing merchandise invoices and designing advertising displays to enhance customer engagement.
