Matt Nichols

Matt Nichols is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Customer Officer, and Director of Engineering and Operations at Dragon Jacket Insulation since March 2020, Matt previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Air Mac Inc. where responsibilities included designing industrial blower and compressor packages and ensuring product compliance. Prior to that, Matt worked at Halliburton as a Mechanical Design Engineer, focusing on the design and optimization of a dissolvable frac plug, and gained field experience in addition to foundational engineering knowledge. Early career experiences include an internship as an HVAC Design Engineer and a role as a Merchandiser at PepsiCo. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
