Tim Flint has over 30 years of experience in software engineering and quality assurance. Tim began their career in 1990 as a Software Systems Engineer at Intel Corporation. In 1996, they moved to Netscape as a QA Liaison. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Senior QA Manager at Accrue Software and then at Net6. From 2003 to 2012, they worked at Yahoo! as a Principal Software QA Engineer and Senior Software QA Engineer for the Payments Platform, and was responsible for hiring, mentoring and training a 20+ person global team. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Intuit as a Staff Software Engineer In Test and Lead, where they were the scrum master for Intuit's Workers Comp Payment service. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Import.io as a QA Automation Engineer and Manager, where they were a founding member of the QA team and worked cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Customer Support and Sales. Currently, they are a Senior Software QA Engineer at Dragonboat.

Tim Flint attended American River College, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) in Digital Technology and an Associate of Science (AS) in Communications Technology. Tim also holds a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
