Sean Xie has held a variety of roles in the marketing field since 2016. In 2016, they were the Paid Search Campaign Manager for Student.com in Asia. At Contiki Holidays in 2017, they were the Performance Marketing Manager. That same year, they were the Senior Performance Marketing Manager (PPC, SEO, DISPLAY) at Azimo, where they reduced YoY spend by 70% and reduced channel CPA by over 60%. In 2017, they were also the Founder of ZELUS LONDON, an apparel designer, manufacturer, and retailer based in London. In 2019, they were the Head of Performance Marketing at Staff Treats. In 2020, they were the Head of Marketing at Brandbassador. In 2021, they were the Co-Founder of Sniper XYZ and the Head of Performance Marketing at Pave. Currently, they are the Co-Founder of Planet No Code and the Head of Performance Marketing at Dragonfly AI, where they are building an integrated and automated sales & marketing stack to drive growth at scale.

Sean Xie obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from the University of the West of England between 2006 and 2009. Sean then went on to obtain a Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing from the University of West England between 2009 and 2011. In 2013, they obtained a Google AdWords Certification from Google.
