Douglas Cook

Doug Cook is an IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as the Lead Systems Administrator at Dragonfly Financial Technologies since October 2022, Doug previously held various roles at the SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium, where responsibilities included managing IT support for over 2000 employees and 3000 devices. With expertise in Windows Server, VMWare, PowerShell, and Group Policy, Doug's career also includes positions as Lead IT Specialist, PC Technician, and Network Engineer for the United States Coast Guard. Doug has consistently contributed to IT operations and support in diverse environments, from public health to higher education, and has pursued education at multiple University of Alaska campuses.
