With a background in hospitality management and a proven track record in leadership roles at various resorts and hotels, Mairead brings a wealth of experience in problem-solving and driving efficiency. She has worked in the hospitality industry for over three decades, holding positions such as General Manager and Senior Director of Food & Beverage at well-known establishments like Hyatt Hotel & Resorts and Miramonte Indian Wells Resort & Spa. Mairead graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Food Service Management and an Associate's degree in Culinary.
