John McKeague

John McKeague has a comprehensive work experience in the legal field, particularly in patent law. John started their career as a Patent Agent at Patton Boggs LLP in 2004. John then worked as a Patent Law Clerk at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman from 2007 to 2008. John returned to Patton Boggs LLP as an Associate from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Norbrook Laboratories Ltd as a Patent Executive, managing the company's worldwide patent portfolio. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Patent Attorney, practicing prosecution, litigation, and transactional/regulatory compliance in various technologies. John then joined Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC as an Associate in 2014, where they worked closely with a pharmaceutical company on patent-related matters. In 2014, they also became Principal at Porzio Bromberg & Newman P.C., where they provided legal counsel and represented clients on patent matters. John joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in 2019 as Of Counsel until 2020, when they became Vice President Legal at Skyhawk Therapeutics. Currently, they hold the position of VP Legal at Dragonfly Therapeutics, Inc.

John McKeague earned a B.Sc. degree in Biomedical Sciences from Ulster University in the years 1994 to 1998. John then pursued further education at Ulster University from 1998 to 2003, obtaining a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences. Later, from 2004 to 2008, John attended The George Washington University Law School, where they earned a JD degree.
