James Palmiter

James Palmiter is an experienced executive with a strong background in sales and marketing leadership across various financial services organizations. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of DragonGC since January 2024, James previously held the position of Senior Managing Director and Head of Sales & Marketing at Morrow Sodali from March 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that role, James was the Senior Vice President and General Manager at Broadridge from October 2017 to March 2022. As Co-Founder and CEO of Summit Financial Disclosure Solutions, LLC, from January 2013 to October 2017, James played a pivotal role in establishing the company. Additionally, James held senior vice president roles at Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) and Capital Financial Systems, Inc., showcasing a consistent track record of leadership in the financial industry spanning over two decades.
