Paul Grimaldo

Paul Grimaldo is a seasoned software engineer and technical leader with extensive experience in team management, project assignment, and user story estimation. Currently serving as Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at Draiver, Paul oversees multiple teams including Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and QA. Previously, Paul held the position of Senior Java Backend Developer at Tul, where responsibilities included managing similar teams and enhancing software project workflows. With a background in backend development using Kotlin and Java, as well as frontend technologies like Angular and React, Paul has a robust technical skill set. Paul also contributed to the University Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno as a leader in the Illustrious University Council, advocating for improved educational processes.
