Eric Darcy has over 20 years of experience building and managing sales teams in the US and internationally. Currently, they work as an Independent Adviser, providing strategic guidance to clients and developing plans that support their workforce on complex projects in both remote and urban environments. Prior to their current role, Eric served as the Vice President of Sales - The Americas at Remote Medical International, where they successfully recruited and trained a Commercial Sales team and achieved 51% of the company's total sales revenue in 2018. Eric also held the position of Director of Commercial Sales at the same company. Before joining Remote Medical International, Eric worked as an Account Manager II at F5 Networks, where they exceeded growth targets through effective business planning and execution, as well as leveraging relationships with channel partner teams throughout their assigned geography. Eric also served as a Territory Manager at Insulet Corporation, where they managed territories for four years. Prior to that, Eric worked as a Sales Consultant/Account Executive at Becton Dickinson, responsible for sales and training of physicians and nurse educators for Diabetes Care products in a $18 million territory. Eric began their career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Merck and served as a Police Officer at the Portland Police Bureau. Eric's earlier experience also includes working as a Territory Manager at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where they managed a $4.5 million sales territory in the Pacific Northwest.

Eric Darcy attended the University of Oregon from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. During their time at the university, they pursued a double major in Management and Marketing.
