Deborah Borg Brincat

Deborah Borg Brincat is a versatile professional with extensive experience in music education, program management, and advocacy. Currently serving as the Programme Delivery Manager at Drake Music, Deborah oversees project delivery in Learning, Participation, and Training, Research and Development, and Arts Collaborations. As an artist in the ethereal Earth-pop duo Berne, Deborah engages in activism focused on climate issues and diversity. Previous roles include Communications Manager and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead at Southwark Music, where Deborah enhanced brand communications and implemented EDI strategies. Deborah's educational background includes a Master's degree in Popular Music Performance from the University of West London and various music qualifications from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.
