Brian Taylor

Brian Taylor has extensive experience in land development and real estate, currently serving as VP of Land Development at Taylor Morrison since January 2020. Previously, Brian held various roles at Century Communities, Inc., including Director Of Land Development and Area Development Manager from October 2015 to January 2020. Additionally, Brian has worked as a Real Estate Agent at Drake Realty since May 2012 and held positions at Paulson Mitchell, Inc. and Hayes, James and Associates as a Landscape Architect. Brian began a career in real estate as a Realtor at Prime South Real Estate from April 2008 to May 2012. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from The University of Georgia, earned between 1999 and 2004.
