Julian Riedlbauer

Julian Riedlbauer is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, alongside growth equity fundraising advisory. Currently serving as a Partner at Drake Star since January 2024, Riedlbauer specializes in technology sectors including Software/SaaS, FinTech, and Digital Media. Previously, Riedlbauer held the position of Partner and Head of the German/DACH Advisory at GP Bullhound from August 2012 to December 2023, after the acquisition of Pure Equity Advisors, where Riedlbauer was Managing Partner. With a rich background in corporate finance, Riedlbauer has also served as Managing Director at Corporate Finance Partners, as well as held executive roles at ElectronicPartner, Wapme Systems, and addCom/Tiscali. Riedlbauer founded Connect Service Riedlbauer GmbH, which was sold to NT plus AG in 1998. Riedlbauer holds executive education credentials from The Wharton School and St. Gallen Business School.
