Khanh Pham

Khanh Pham is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in diabetes education and pharmacy practice. Currently serving as FAAMM at DOLC Unlimited since June 2023, Khanh also holds roles as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Drake University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences since May 2019 and as an Independent Consultant at HealthCare Partners of Nevada since February 2019. Additional appointments include an AAPE Preceptor for Advanced Diabetes Care at the University of Hawaii at Hilo since September 2018 and APPE Preceptor at Drake University since June 2018. Khanh has extensive experience with the National Diabetes Prevention Program and has been a Certified Diabetes Educator/Pharmacist at Diabetes & Obesity Lifestyle Consultants since September 2009.
