Scott Van Deren has extensive experience in the steel fabrication industry, currently serving in a Business Development role at Drake-Williams Steel since February 2011, focusing on expanding the Colorado regional market for fabricated steel in commercial, industrial, and contract manufacturing sectors. Prior to this, Scott was the President and Owner of Mountain Steel & Supply Co. from 1988 to 2012, where leadership and hands-on management led to growth and a strong reputation for quality in the Colorado construction market. Scott's accomplishments include effective company vision, consistent profitability, implementation of Lean Manufacturing, and the development of an effective management team. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and further executive education from Harvard Business School.
