Jon Tamm is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in strategic and operational management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager - Executive at Drakes Supermarkets since September 2020, Jon oversees the National Human Resources Department, including HR business partners, recruiters, payroll, and training. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Perfection Fresh Australia and Laing O'Rourke, where Jon contributed to HR strategy and provided HR, industrial relations, and employee relations support on major projects. Jon holds an Advanced Diploma of Human Resources from the Australian Institute of Management and a Cert IV in Human Resources from the Australian Skills Group.
