Pam is an international consultant and speaker with over twenty years in corporate leadership, ending her management career as Chief Operating Officer for Sonny Bryan’s Barbecue. She has presented in all 50 states, as well as seven countries internationally. 

Pam has authored four books and was the 2016 recipient of the Rising Star Award for the Women's Business Council Southwest.

Bernie Beck serves clients in the U.S and Australia, & has logged over 3,500 coaching hours. He specializes in small and family-owned businesses, typically $3 M to $50 M in annual sales. After an initial business evaluation, we construct a strategic business plan focusing on all aspects of the business: financial health, sales, marketing, operations, process creation, and talent development. 

In 2013, he earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification (through 2025); in 2023, he completed the UTD Jindal Management School program for Accredited Coaching certification, and received his Professional Certified Coach status from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
