Richard Isen is an author in musical theater and currently works as an Innovation Manager at the City and County of San Francisco. Previously, Richard served as the President of the IT Chapter at IFPTE Local 21 and has a background in web application development. Richard holds an MFA in Musical Theater Writing from New York University and a BA in Music Composition from Hampshire College.
