Blas Puzon

Blas Puzon has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Blas began their career as a Civil Engineer at the U.S. Department of Transportation | Federal Highway Administration from 1995 to 1997. Blas then moved on to work as a Site Civil Engineer at Entranco from 1997 to 2000, where they provided real estate development services for corporate office parks and coordination of projects through land entitlement, design, permitting, and construction.

Puzon then transitioned to City National Bank, where they worked as a Real Estate Credit Analyst from 2001 to 2002. In this role, they provided construction financing and bridge loans on commercial and multifamily properties. Blas also conducted extensive analysis of creditworthiness and reviewed development proformas, feasibility studies, appraisals, and key principals.

In 2002, Puzon worked as an Independent Contractor for Store Development, Asset Management, and Finance Groups at Starbucks. Blas developed organizational efficiencies for renovations and asset management systems and created a capital investment analysis tool for store developments. Blas oversaw all facets of company operations as Managing Director of Olympic Investors LLC and later acted as an investment specialist following the company's acquisition by Hunt. Puzon was responsible for acquiring 35 properties during this time.

Most recently, Puzon has been working at Draper and Kramer, Incorporated since 2018, initially as the Senior Vice-President, Acquisitions, and later promoted to Chief Investment Officer in January 2019.
