Laiche' R Gutter

Laiche' R Gutter, SHS, COS, is an experienced property manager currently employed at Draper and Kramer, Incorporated since January 2021, and recognized as an IREM 2022 Rising Star Nominee. Prior to this, Laiche' managed properties at East Lake Management & Development Corp./Chicago Housing Authority from October 2006 to January 2021, overseeing a staff of over 15 employees, managing over 400 units, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining budgets exceeding $750,000, while receiving multiple nominations and being honored as Housing Manager of the Year twice. Additionally, Laiche' served as Assistant Property Manager at INTERSTATE REALTY MANAGEMENT CO from April 2004 to October 2006, successfully managing over 500 units and leading community outreach initiatives. Laiche' holds an Associate of Arts degree in Economics from City Colleges of Chicago-Olive-Harvey College and has pursued studies at Alcorn State University.
