Michael Truesdale

Michael Truesdale has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Michael worked at Draper and Kramer, Incorporated from 1982 as a Senior Vice President and Manager of Draper & Kramer Realty Advisors, Inc. Michael was also a member of the Management Committee. Prior to that, they worked at Appraisal Research Counselors, Ltd. starting in 1976. Michael began as a real estate appraiser and later became the Division Manager, overseeing the Industrial Appraisal Division.

Michael Truesdale attended Rollins College from 1963 to 1964 but did not obtain a degree or study a specific field during their time there. Michael then went on to the University of Iowa from 1965 to 1968, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from Parsons College. Additionally, Michael has additional certifications, including CRE from the Counselors of Real Estate and MAI from the Appraisal Institute, although the specific dates of when they obtained these certifications are not provided.
