Joy Schoffler is the Founder and Principal of Distinctive Edge Partners, a communications and marketing firm specializing in industrials, aerospace, and defense, established in August 2021. As Co-Founder of SDI Events, Joy facilitates innovation showcases in the space and defense sector. With extensive advisory experience since March 2017, Joy has built a portfolio of investments in technology, cybersecurity, and real estate. Additional roles include Accelerator Advisory Board Member for SXSW Interactive, Partner at Ascendant Industries, and executive positions at Casoro Capital and Upside Avenue, focusing on strategy and capital development in real estate. Joy founded and led Leverage PR from 2010 to 2020, providing public relations services across various sectors. Joy also contributed to the FinTech Professionals Association and served as a mentor in the Envestnet | Yodlee Incubator program. Joy holds a BA in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University.
