Alysia Stiles is a seasoned professional in human resources information systems and procurement management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) at Draper since 2016. Alysia has a strong background in data analytics, having previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics and Senior Manager of Program Management at EMC, where responsibilities included leading teams, developing program structures, and providing insights for talent acquisition and development initiatives. Alysia's extensive experience encompasses project management and construction management roles at Jones Lang LaSalle and Lowe Enterprises, which involved overseeing complex projects and managing procurement processes.
