Bryce Welton

Bryce Welton is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the design and development of mechatronic systems for naval applications. Currently employed at Draper since January 2024, Bryce previously held the position of Mechanical Engineer II at Boston Engineering from July 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading the mechanical design for various projects, executing requirements development, and fielding systems for user demonstration. Prior experience includes positions as a Robotics R&D Co-op and Electromechanical Engineering Co-op at Draper Laboratory, focusing on precision component design and structural analysis. Bryce holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
