Francis Schlosser is a seasoned financial and program management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Growth & Capture Program Manager for Electronic Systems at Draper since January 2024, Francis previously held the position of Operations Director for Commercial Programs at The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory from December 2006 to February 2024, overseeing new business development and project management in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior roles include Director of Financial Planning and Treasury at Draper, where responsibility included managing investment portfolios and successfully leading the refinancing of $80 million in public debt during financial turmoil.
