Joshua Javor

Joshua Javor is a Senior MEMS Engineer at Draper, specializing in the development of micro-electromechanical systems. Concurrently, Joshua serves as an Adjunct Research Assistant Professor at Boston University, leading research on MEMS magnetometers while mentoring students at various academic levels. Previous experience includes founding and leading Gradient Magnetics, where Joshua developed innovative magnetic sensors for medical applications, and roles at Genetesis and Pelotonia focused on electromagnetic modeling and cancer detection technologies. Joshua also has extensive experience in academic research and laboratory management, including a postdoctoral position that involved building commercialization plans and developing technical roadmaps for MEMS sensors. Educational qualifications include an MS/PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
