Katie Hulse

Katie Hulse is a distinguished scientist with extensive experience in immunology and biotechnology. Currently serving as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Draper since June 2024, Katie previously held the position of Head of Immunology at Parallel Bio, where responsibilities included guiding a scientific team and overseeing experimental design. As Director Project Lead at Seeker Biologics, Katie provided leadership for drug development programs and strategic collaborations. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Scientist and Lab Head at Sanofi, focusing on therapeutic target identification and assay development, as well as Research Assistant Professor and Principal Investigator at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine, leading a research team and mentoring students. Katie holds a PhD in Microbiology/Immunology from the University of Virginia and a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
